This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Makeen (“we”, “the platform”) collects when you use our services, how we use it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. By using the platform you agree to the practices described here.
Account information you provide when you register or submit a request: your name, email address and mobile number.
Service documents you upload to fulfill a request (for example a national ID or passport), together with any notes you add to the request.
Basic operational information needed to run and secure the service, such as your request records and their timestamps.
We use your personal data and uploaded documents solely to carry out and process the service you request, and to contact you about that request.
We never use your documents for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to delivering the service you asked for.
Uploaded documents are automatically deleted within 30 days after the related request is completed, cancelled, rejected, or deleted by you — unless the system is required to keep them longer to complete the service or to meet a legal obligation.
After deletion we keep only the non-sensitive record of the request (such as its number and status) for our internal records; the document files themselves are permanently removed.
You can delete your account at any time, which removes your uploaded documents.
Uploaded files are stored privately, outside any public directory, and are reachable only through an unguessable link (a random identifier) — and only by you and the authorized staff processing your request.
Access to documents is limited to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis, and we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse.
We do not sell or share your personal data or documents with anyone else. Your information is used only within the platform to deliver the service you requested.
We may disclose information only where strictly required by a valid legal or regulatory obligation.
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request its correction, and to request its deletion. You can manage much of this from your account, or contact us for help.
