These Terms govern your use of Makeen (“we”, “the platform”). By creating an account or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
The platform helps you request and follow up on government-related services. We facilitate and process your requests; we are not a government entity, and outcomes that depend on third parties are not guaranteed by us.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You may submit a request as a guest, but tracking a request requires an account.
You agree to use the platform lawfully, to provide accurate information and genuine documents that belong to you or that you are authorized to submit, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
By uploading documents you confirm they are yours or that you are authorized to provide them, and you consent to our processing them for the purpose of carrying out the requested service.
Uploaded documents are handled under our Privacy Policy and are deleted within 30 days of the request ending, as described there.
Any fees for a service are communicated to you as part of processing your request. Payment and fulfillment are currently handled offline unless stated otherwise.
The platform is provided “as is”. While we work to process requests accurately and promptly, we do not warrant that every request will result in a particular outcome, as some steps depend on external authorities.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
